Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones, born September 3, 1976 in the US, is an actress. There are a few soap opera roles including Megan Dennison in The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful. Also, she played Daphne on the HBO series True Blood in its second season. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. Her teaching journey began at Maury County teaching Reading to Kindergarten students and in 1st Grade. Brent Jones was her UT Martin crush. They moved into Thompsons Station. Her first teaching job was in Bethesda Elementary, where she taught 4th grade. Between 1999 and 2000 she went on to continue teaching, while completing her Master of Instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University. In 2000 she stepped back from the classroom after welcoming their son, the oldest of them Baylor. Ashley spent 15 years serving her church, community as well as children. Ashley was director of the Preschool Ministry, and in Student Ministry since over 13 years. Ashley was a homeschooler for her three kids for 3 years while she was away at her home. When they were at home, the children took part in a class where Ashley was a teacher of History in the Kindergarten class and the First Grade. God has shown her family that even though she loved homeschooling with the children and being with them for a while but it was time for Ashley to go back to the classroom. Brent as well as Ashley have five children. Silas Eliza, and Cruz are both students at GCA. Baylor is an GCA graduate who plays baseball at the UT-Martin. Callan is another GCA graduated, goes to Western Kentucky University. The family is busy that enjoys hunting fishing and supporting each other in their favorite sports and activities.
