Alesha Dixon, Britain's Got Talent's judge, was overcome with tears as she awarded the Golden Buzzer to 'superstar' chickenshed, a theatre group, at the end of Saturday's show. Alesha Dixon, a 44-year-old musician and television host, was crying after watching the group perform Emeli Sande's Wonder on tonight's (April 22). The group sang and performed Wonder with Naughty Boy and Emilie. Once the golden buzzer has been activated, the performer can go straight to the final semi-finals without being required to clear the next screening stages. Alesha cried as she recalled how Chickenshed Artist and the former Strictly Come Dancing judges Alesha and Matthew Cutler won the Strictly Come Dancing prize in 2007. The total prize is $1000,00 and is paid out in an annuity for 40 years. Also, the winner may choose to cash the price.
